Interventions
Antibiotics-with-debridement group:Start taking amoxicillin and metronidazole before debridement and lasts for 7 days.
Antibiotics-after-debridement group:Start taking amoxicillin and metronidazole after debridement for 7 days
Placebo group:Start taking placebo before debridement and lasts for 7 days

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy(risk factors such as smoking/stress included) without taking antibiotics in 3 months or recieving periodontal therapy in 6 months; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. Having symptoms including gingival bleeding, edema, pain, halitosis, tooth mobility or feeing pain in chewing; 4. At lease 20 functional teeth remained. At least 1 molar remains in every quadrant; 5. At least half of remaining teeth with (1) PD >=6mm; (2) alveolar bone resorption more than 30% and (3) bleeding on probing or periodontal pus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Female in pregnancy; (2) Having taken antibiotics in 3 months; (3) Systemic compromised; (4) Allergy to amoxicillin or metronidazole; (5) Refusing to quit drinking wine during taking antibiotics; (6) Refusing to participate in the trial.
