18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The male or female patient aged 18 to 64 years; 2. Planning to accept spine surgeries and the involved segments are less than 3; 3. Patients are diagnosised as lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis with image support; 4. The distance between patients' home and hospital are more than 100km or it takes more than 2h to travel to the hospital; 5. Agree to sign information consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tuberculosis and tumor; 2. Patient who had previously undergone lumbar spine surgery; 3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis ; 4. Pregnancy; 5. inadequate ability to complete the trial assessment forms; unable to attend or unsuitable for rehabilitatiOn classes.
