Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged elder than 70 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of MCI; 3. Homocysteine greater than 13umol/L; 4. Caregiver (personal contact at least once a week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Demenita; 2. Hypothyroidism; 3. B12 200 umol/L.
