Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Siewert type II/III esophagogastric junctional adenocarcinoma (Age from 18 to 75); 2. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy was performed before operation3understood the experiment, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. operative contraindication; 2. patients with metastatic disease.
