Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. this cycle is frozen embryo cycle; 2. the thickness is less than 7mm in hormone replacement cycles,nature cycles and fresh embryo cycles; 3. no other geneogenous and systemic diseases which do harm to the development of endometrium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: submucosal myoma of uterus,endometrial polyp,Uterine malformation
