18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 85 years old; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis; 3) acute pancreatitis onset =11.30 mmol/L and / or serum was milky and exclude other pancreatitis common causes; 5) signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) acute pancreatitis onset> 72 hours 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) appear difficult to reverse respiratory failure, severe systemic circulatory failure, coma and other the endangered symptoms, patients expected to die within 24 hours; 4) disseminated intravascular coagulation, or patients with severe active bleeding; 5) drugs used in the treatment process allergies (such as heparin, insulin, etc.); 6) refused to sign the informed consent.
