Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conform to the diagnostic criteria of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and polycystic ovary syndrome, is willing to cooperate; 2. aged from 20 to 35 years old; 3. tolerated Chinese medicine treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. high blood prolactin, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, abnormal function of thyroid gland, adrenal or ovarian secretion of androgens tumor, etc.; 2. merge serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and psychiatric patients; 3. three months used hormone therapy patients; 4. hepatitis b, hepatitis c, large amounts of alcohol intake and chronic liver disease; 5. pregnancy during the study period falls off.
