45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. right handed, age between 45 and 80 years old; 2. Conformance to the diagnosis standards of ACC or AHA, duration of 3 months or above, one or more attacks per week in the last month, Grade-I or Grade-II CCS; 3. not taking antipsychotic medication within the last 3 months; 4. no Metal implants and MRI contraindications; 5. no acupuncture contraindications; 6. signing an informed consent in writing.Patients in accordance with all of the six items mentioned above can be included in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. being pregnant, during lactation or planning to be pregnant in the following 6 months; 2. having suffered from serious cardiovascular, digestive, renal, respiratory, hematological, neurological, endocrinological diseases, and so forth; 3. having suffered from serious psychiatric illness; 4. conversion to acute coronary syndrome (including acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris), serious arrhythmia (advanced atrioventricular block, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, frequent premature beats); 5. failing to control hypertenson, or having suffered from diabetes mellitus; 6. havig recieved acupuncture therapy due to cardiovascular illness in the last 3 months; 7. being participating in other clinical trials. Patients in accordance with any of the 8 itesm mentioned above will be excluded.
