11 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent dentition, extraction of 2 upper first premolars in treatment plan, medium/maximum anchorage requirement, Class I/II malocclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To gain extra space by molar distalization, extraction upper first molars in treatment plan, congenital missing teeth, impacted non-wisdom teeth, patients with TMD.
