Age
35 Years to 68 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >=35 years; 2) Reporting cigarette smoking within 30 days prior to enrollment; 3) Smoking history more than 10 years, cigarette consumption more than 10 per day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Active hemoptysis; 2) Active pulmonary tuberculosis; 3) Pneumothorax; 4) Forced breathing test may aggravate angina or cause changes in blood pressure, or recent myocardial infarction or pulmonary embolism; 5) Chest, upper abdomen or the head of the vascular tumor (intrathoracic pressure may cause increased risk of rupture); 6) Recent eye surgery, such as cataract; 7) Cancer.
