40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diseaseischemic stroke, in accordance with acute ischemic stroke diagnosis standard; 2. Duration: onset within 7 days (=40 years old and =6 and =7; 5. Pathogeny: TOAST type belonged to vascular disease including atherosclerosis and vascular occlusion; 6. The first episode or a history of stroke but no serious disability, mRS score <=1; 7. Voluntary testing, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patient has been received thrombolytic therapy; 2. being or participated nearly 3 months in other clinical trials; 3. patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system disease and the mentally ill; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. patients with congenital disability.
