Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Functional intestinal disorders patients inclusion criteria: The patients who meet the following inclusion criteria will be included in this study. The criteria are: 1) diagnosed with functional constipation, functional diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea or constipation according to the Rome III Diagnostic Criteria; 2) aged between 18 and 30 years old, body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 24; 3) without using gastrointestinal dynamic drugs in the 15 days before enrollment, without taking part in any other clinical trials; 4) local patients or reside in local over a year; 5) provide a written informed consent; 2. Healthy volunteers inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers who fulfill the following inclusion criteria will be included in this study. The criteria are: 1) without functional or organic diseases in the study for a year; 2) aged between 20 and 30 years old, BMI between 18 and 24; 3) without using gastrointestinal dynamic drugs in the 15 days before enrollment, without taking part in any other clinical trials; 4) local patients or reside in local over a year; 5) provide a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following conditions will be excluded: 1) unconsciousness or psychopath; 2) clinical biochemical abnormalities, advanced malignant tumors or others serious wasting diseases, easy to infection or bleeding disorders; 3) suffering from any significant health problem of the heart, liver, kidney, digestion, or hematopoietic system, or other severe diseases; 4) pregnant women or women in lactation and severe menstrual cramps; 5) having a history of substance abuse, alcoholism or smoker; 6) having false tooth or metal in the body.
