Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who understand the operation risk and process required the treatment in operation. 1. Aged 18-55 years old; 2. The patients who suffer osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ARCOIIa-IIIb tage); 3. The patients without decreased myodynamia and sensory dysfunction; 4. Men and women are not limitedall patients with body mass index were less than 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who can not stop the medicine after long-termThe patients with muscle weakness; 2. Psychological and mental disorders cannot match the treatment; 3. The patients who have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are not suitable for operation.
