18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. humeral shaft fractures located from 5 cm distal to the surgical neck to 5 cm proximal to the olecranon fossa; 2. patients with indication of surgery (polytrauma, unstable fracture, early failure of conservative treatment); 3. patients who are voluntary to participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with past history of shoulder and elbow injuries; 2. patients with pathological fractures; 3. patients who are uncooperative.
