Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Explicit history of COPD, In accordance with the AECOPD diagnosis standards (GOLD2011); 2. In the course of 10-20 years; 3. By the age of 50-70 years old; 4. Smoking history >=10 pack-years and <=50 pack-years; 5. FEV1/FVC ratio <=70%; 6. 50% predicted value <=FEV1 <=80% predicted value; 7. In the past three years, exacerbations more than one time per year, presence of more than one time the antibiotic treatment of acute exacerbation in the past year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. no other lung diseases, irregular oxygen therapy, use of oral steroids, high-dose ICS or antibiotics in the 4 weeks prior to the start of the trial; 2. no high blood pressure, diabetes, heart failure, renal insufficiency, hepatic dysfunction following disease history; 3. no pulmonary heart disease, heart failure and other complications; 4. the chest X-ray to exclude pneumonia; 5. no or mild fever (body temperature does not exceed 37.5 degree C).
