Interventions

A:1% ropivacaine 1ml+normal saline 1ml
B:1% ropivacaine 1ml+50% glucose injection 0.2 ml + normal saline 1ml
C:1% ropivacaine 1ml+fentanyl 0.4 ml + normal saline 0.6ml
D:1% ropivacaine 1ml+50% glucose injection 0.2 ml+fentanyl 0.4 ml + normal saline 0.4ml

Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20-45 years; 2. BMI<=35; 3. ASA I-II; 4. selected cesarean delivery; 5. No contraindication for intrathecal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to local anesthetics and main analgesic; 2. drug abuse; 3. bronchial asthma needed regular therapy; 4. neuropsychiatric disorder and cardiovascular disorders; 5. gestational diabetes; 6. eclampsia; 7. bleeding or blood coagulation disorders; 8. fetal distress; 9. known fetal anomaly.
