20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear consciousness, have a history of diabetes, in line with the especially Guidelines for the diagnosis of PAD patients with diabetes mellitus with the International Working Group on the diabetic foot and peripheral artery disease in 2011; 2. stable vital signs; 3. All patients provided fully informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PAD is not the result of diabetes disease; 2. pregnancy or lactation period; 3. patients with unstable vital signs, etc.; 4. Not expected to complete follow-up; 5. the presence of TK use contraindication.
