Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged beyong 18 years old; 2. The patient With a history of COPD,and the respiratory function detection index as diagnostic basis; 3. AECOPD meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2007 Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases Society of the COPD disease treatment guidelines; 4. Temperature is beyond 38 degree C; 5. The patient who has signed the ICF.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient who is allergy to Reduning Injection; 2. The patient with diseases of the immune system; 3. The patient whose illness are combined with serious liver and kidney disease; 4. The patient who has pulmonary heart disease; 5. The patient whose PaCO2 is beyond 80mmHg; 6. The patient who has cardiovascular disease with serious complications; 7. The patient with cerebral apoplexy; 8. Pregnant woman.
