18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18-80 years; Sex unlimited; 2. hypertensionblood pressure>140/90mmHg; 3. leukoaraiosis or demyelination discovered by MRI; 4. All patients voluntarily joined this study with informed consents; 5. cooperate to the collection and preservation of the medical history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. new cerebral infarction or new myocardial infarction; 2. sequelae of cerebral infarctionNIHSS score>3 or mRS score>3; 3. dementia; 4. history of intracerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 5. cardiogenic cerebral embolism; 6. cortical hemorrhagic infarction; 7. severe disability, end-stage of the serious disease; 8. Have a serious heartliver and renal insufficiencytotal bilirubin>1.5 times of upper limit of normalAST or ALT>2.5 times of upper limit of normal; 9. With serious lung infection or systemic infection; 10. have history of serious anaphylactic reaction; have two or more than two food or drug allergies immunization history within past six months; 11. intracranial hypertension caused by brain organic disease,such as brain tumor; 12. HIV(+), TP-AB(+), hepatitis B or Hepatitis c patients; 13. Severe mental patients,cognition impairment, patients can not understand and sign informed consent; 14. Blood coagulation function disorder; 15. with disease affect motor function of limbs, nerve functional examination exception caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis; 16. Participated in other clinical researchers in past 3 month; 17. Other Situations not suitable for this clinical research.
