Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Symptoms and signs of clinically definite acute ischemic stroke.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of TCM; (2) Patients beyond thrombolysis treatment 3 & 6 hours time window with acute ischemic stroke; (3) Adults between 35-75 years old; (4) National institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score>=7; (5) Modified Rankin score<=1 (The first acute ischemic stroke or recurrent stroke); (6) Signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had received thrombolysis treatment; (2) Acute ischaemic stroke past 7days; (3) Aged 75 years; (4) NIHSS score220mmHg or Diastolic Blood Pressure >120mm Hg; (11) the patient should be excluded if their blood glucose is 20.0 mmol/L.
