Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving Operative Hysteroscopy under monitored anesthesia care with intravenous propofol infusion and intravenous bolus injection of fentanyl in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy and tendency of nose bleeding; Patients with any diagnosed cardiac diseases (e.g. cardiac failure, angina, MI, cardiac arrhythmia. etc.); Patients with any diagnosed pulmonary disease (e.g. asthma, COPD, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema etc.); Pregnant patients; Patients with liver failure; Patients with kidney failure; Patients with increased intracranial pressure (ICP); Patients receiving emergent surgery; Patients with full stomach; Patients with multiple trauma; ASA III, IV
