Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First condition: post elective colorectal surgery; secondary: condition-ASA scale I-III; awake, cough reflection and swallowing reflection was recovered; muscle strength recover to level V; 20 minutes after pain-killer was given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ileus, intestinal fistula, unconsciousness, dysphagia, diabetic, patients with nausea and vomiting, emergency operation, serious complications.
