Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient who is diagnosed as acute exacerbation of COPD due to acute respiratory symptoms,such as fever, sputum and dyspnea; 2. Patients with dyspnea on exertion leading to a limitation in daily activities (Medical Research Council [MRC] grade >=2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who considered to have risks for exercise test, such as coronary vascular disease, lung cancer, and heart failure; 2. Disagree with the informed and consent of this study.
