18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. the duration of CAPD is more than 30 days; 3. To be with normal blood pressure (less than 140/90mmHg); 4. residual GFR of 2 mL/min per 1.73 m2 or more; 5. urine output is more than 400ml/d; 6. no history of taking calcium dobesilate for more three months; 7. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute renal failure; 2. planned kidney transplantatin within two years; 3. hemodialysis; 4. acute or chronic exit infection or tunnel infection within 30 days; 5. severe diseases, such as cancer, infection, liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, anemia(Hb10mg/L; 6. expected life span less than 1 year.
