Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=65 years; (2) Living alone with no continued support from family members or domestic helpers; (3) Taking at least two antihypertensive agents for management of arterial hypertension; (4) Assessed as having suboptimal antihypertensive compliance, as evaluated by the Morisky self-reported adherence questionnaire [19, 20]; (5) Currently attending medical clinics for refill of antihypertensive medications.
