Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Patients with the Chinese Medical Infection Diseases credits will AIDS group in 2011 developed the AIDS Clinic Guide diagnostic criteria; 3. Patients with diagnostic criteria of acute bronchitis; 4. Patients with TCM syndrome type intrinsic toxic heat, phlegm-heat obstructing lungs; 5. <=72 hours duration of disease onset; 6. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactating womenare, or women who have birth plan; 2. Patients with Liver function ALT higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, above the upper limit of normal renal function; severe primary combined cardio-cerebral vascular and hematopoietic system diseases; 3. Patients with Asthma, silicosis and other pneumoconiosis; 4. Patients Combined with pneumonia, bronchial pneumonia, pneumothorax, lung cancer, active tuberculosis and other serious lung disease patients; 5. Patients who are the mentally ill; 6. patients with primary immunodeficiency, hormones, chemotherapy induced secondary immunocompromised patients; 7. Allergies, or who are allergic to the drug.
