18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For normal control: 1. aged 18-45; 2. male; 3. body weight: normal weight±10%; 4. physical examination and lab: normal blood rutine and urine rutine; normal liver and kidney function;normal ECG; normal semen parameters; normal reproductive hormones; 5. normal mental status; 6. no smoking and drinking; 7. agree to attend the trial and sign the consent file. For patients with erectile function: 1. aged 18-45; 2. conform to ED diagnostic standard; 3. course of ED > 3 months; 4.physical examination and lab: normal blood rutine and urine rutine; normal liver and kidney function; normal ECG; normal semen parameters; normal reproductive hormones; 5. normal mental status; 6. no smoking and drinking; 7. agree to attend the trial and sign the consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For normal control: 1. physical examination do not conform to the including criteria; 2. using drugs or smoking or drinking; 3. using drugs that could damage some organ in recent 3 months;or using drug presently; 4. drug allergy histroy; 5. having severe disease; 6. having gastric or liver,kidney disease histroy; 7. other disease histroy that might affect tadalafil metabolism. For ED patients: 1. using other drugs or method to treat ED; 2. low sexual desire or abnormal penis; 3. severe mental disease; 4. history of angina or myocardium infarction in recent 6 months; 5. History of Retinitis Pigmentosa, alcoholism, hypotension or severe hypertension.
