30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who was definitely diagnosed as colorectal cancer or colonic cancer, and proposed for a radical surgery, aged 40-65 years, ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have distant metastasis, with known immunologic disease, or have chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation, have contraindications of epidural anesthesia, allergic to halide; patients whose surgery lasts more than 4 hours, allogeneic transfusion, temperature less than 34 during surgery.
