18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from 18-75yeardiagnosis of stable chronic heart failure (NYHA I-III, LVEF450pg/ml); 2. Patients have accepted optimal medical therapy for at least one month; 3. Apnea hypopnea index of central sleep apnea tested by diaphragm electromyogram more than 15/h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CHF was caused by: 1. Valvular disease, congenital heart disease, pericardial disease, cardiac arrhythmia or other non-cardiogenic factors; 2. Those who is likely to undergo coronary artery bypass graft surgery or cardiac resynchronization therapy during the following 12 weeks; 3. Patients with left ventricular outflow obstruction, myocarditis, an aneurysm, uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction; had severe primary hepatic, renal, or hematologic disease or had a severe mental disease or other uncontrolled systemic disease.
