Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe sepsis-induced AKI patients in ICU of PLA 94th Hospital from June 2012, were diagnosed according to severe sepsis standard by ACCP and SCCM in 1992, or by the international Sepsis definitions Conferencein 2001, and 2011 KDIGO AKI Guideline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ESRD patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis; patients with age <17 years old; patients in ICU Length of stay(LOS) <24 hours were excluded from the study.
