Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: from June 2012 to January 2014; Mucosal defects over one-seconds of esophageal cirumference by ESD for esophageal mucosal lesions; Agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumor recurrence; Tracheoesophageal fistula; Endoscopic dilation, stent placement, incision endoscopic treatment in the past; Abnormal esophageal congenital anatomical structure; Esophageal varices; Reflux esophagitis(LA C-D); History of botulinum toxin poisoning, allergies or history of treatment; endoscopy contraindications
