Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The stroke with the channels and collaterals, and criteria for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction; 2. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine with stroke standard, with words Jian acerbity or a word of the patients; 3. According to the OCSP parting former cycle cerebral infarction, and for simple JiDeJieOu infarction patients with aphasia; 4. Cerebral infarction first attack or attack again, come on time more than 14 days; 5. Aged 35 to 75 years old, male or female; 6. Patients conscious life signs, smooth, understanding and normal hearing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The transient ischemic attack, reversible nerve function defect (RIND), brainstem infarction after cycle infarction; 2. Not only JiDeJieOu infarction patients with aphasia; 3. The inspection confirmed nerve function defect by brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasitic disease, heart disease, metabolic disorders and diseases caused by person; 4. Hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease; 5. Pregnancy or lactation women; 6. Merge heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system serious primary disease; 7. Always have cognitive impairment, mental history, drug abuse and history of alcoholism; 8. Simple mental state check list (mini - mental state examination, MMSE) rating for the dementia (illiteracy < 17 points, the elementary school level < twenty points, more than high school degree of < 24 points); 9. BDAE aphasia severity classification standard for the evaluation of zero level.
