18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-70 years; 2) ECOG 2-4 scores; 3) Pathologically and/or cytologically diagnosed as III/IV stage tracheal/bronchial squamous cancer or adenoid cystic carcinima; 4) Aiway obstruced to 30% by lesion type including intrallunminal, tubal and mixed; 5) Life expectancy more than 3 months; 6) Two weeks of eluting time for patients who have been undervent chemotherapy. After the procedure pt. can be treated by chemotherapy(refer to chemo-group of this study); 7) No radiation herapy in the past and can accept radiation after the procedure; 8) Patients who understand the informed consent of this study and signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Too severe to accept bronchoscopy; 2) Have been undervent radiation therapy or being in a therapy of radiation.
