18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients must be conscious and have ischemic cerebrovascular stroke by CT or MRI; 2. All patients provided fully informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. included head injury or neurological disease other than stroke; 2. Patients who were unable to give informed consent because of severe anaesthesia or cognitive deficit were not included; 3. Patients who were unable to give informed consent because of severe aphasia, ansognosia or cognitive deficit were not included; 4. unstable cardiac dysrhythmia, fever, infection, hyperglycaemia, epilepsy and prior administration of tranquiliser; 5. The presence of other contraindications; 6. Unable to complete the follow-up.
