Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The child is a local resident (the residence is 6 months or longer) aged between 1 and 5 years old; 2. The child is choosy in food or has food preference problem according to his/her parents; 3. The child has any of the 17 symptoms (see Appendix 2) due to the following six dietary behavioral problems (being energetic but having poor appetite,favoring certain food, bad eating habits, excessive parental care, eating aversion, potential morbid state); 4. The parents worry about the childs being choosy in food or dietary bias.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child has organic diseases (congenital heart disease, cerebral palsy, etc.) 2. The child presents with overweight defined as above 2 z-score in weight-for-length for age less than 2 years or BMI-for-age for age 2 to 5 years using WHO Child Growth Standards; 3. It is estimated that the 9-month follow-up cannot be completed; 4. The parents/caretakers refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unwilling to follow the study protocol; 5.The investigator considers the child non-eligible.
