Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. ESRD patients who are scheduled to receive renal transplant from DCD donor, a living unrelated donor, or a living related but mismatched(excluding zero antigen mismatched) donor; 3. Preoperative PRA<=10%; 4. Renal transplant-native patients; 5. Women of childbearing potential must have a negative serum pregnancy test before receiving treatment with SRL.Women of childbearing potential or men with sexual partners of childbearing potential should use medically acceptable contraception from study treatment initiation until at least 3 months after the last dose of SRL; 6. Patients who are willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Signs of systemic or local active major infections; 2. Signs of infiltration,cavity or consolidation on chest X-ray; 3. Recipients diagnosed with primary disease such as focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS)or membrane proliferaive glomerulonephritis(MPGN); 4. Patients who are scheduled to receive multi-organ transplants.
