Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosed severe acute pancreatitis; 2. Patients was admitted to hospital within 48h after pain onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Likely to have poor oral intake or prolonged hospitalization for reasons other than pancreatitise.g. abdominal surgery or mental disorder; 2. Age 75 years; 3. Pregnant or breast feeding; 4. Pancreatic neoplasm or ERCP as etiology; 5. Transfer to ICU or surgical intervention.
