Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized in the dept of othopetic oncology during 2012-10-22 to 2013-04-22; 2. Patients primarily diagnosed as giant cell tumor according to the imaging tests; 3. Normal volunteers matched with the enrolled patients in age and gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having medical history of bone fracture, rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis within one year before hospitalization; 2. Patients of osteoporosis diagnosed from clinical symptoms or X ray images; 3. Patients dosed estrogen, androgen, anticoagulant, calciferol, bisphosphonate, vitamin-D, fluorides or glucocorticoids within the three months before hospitalization; 4. Patients of hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, hypercortisolism, osteomalacia, metastatic bone tumor, multiple myeloma and renal osteopathy; 5. Pregnant or lactating woman; 6. Patients with serious cardial, hepatic or renal disease; 7. Patients having envolved in another clinical trials; 8. Patients unsuitable for this trial for other reasons evaluated by researchers.
