Antiviral treatment group:Antiviral treatment group:the nucleoside analogues (Entikawei, Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets, Lamivudine and so on)
Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine group:Diwuyanggan capsule and the nucleoside analogues

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient was diagnosed as HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 or above 65 years old; 2. Patients infected other types hepatitis virus at the same time; 3. Patients had autoimmune hepatitis or hepatitis caused by drug intoxication and ethylism; 4. Patients had been diagnosed with severe hepatitis, hepatic failure, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, serious primary disease in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, kidney, lung, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, and mental disease; 5. Patients were pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients were allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs.
