Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient should conform to hepatic failure diagnosis standard that defined in the diagnosis and treatment guidline of hepatic failure in 2006; 2. Patient had chronic hepatitis B or compensatory liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B; 3. Patient should be a volunteer who had signed the information consent firm; 4. Patient should be aged between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient had acute hepatic failure; 2. Patient had chronic hepatic failure occured with other disease except chronic hepatitis B; 3. Patient was pregnancy or lactation woman; 4. Patient had primary hepatocellular carcinoma; 5. Patient was complicated with other severe systematic disease and mental disease, as well as drug users who hard to withdraw; 6. Patient had positive reaction of anti-HIV, or was complited with cytomegalovirus, EB virus and other hepatotropic virus infection; 7. Patient had attended other clinical studies in last three months; 8. Patient did not cooperate with the study; 9. Patient was poor compliance, and unable to guarentee to complete the protocol; 10. Patient was compicated with severe cerebral edema, severe infectious, type I liver-kidney symdrom, and massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract.
