Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first heart surgery patients, ASA grade II or III, NYHA class II-III, 18-65 years old, clear consciousness, normal liver function and renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious internal environment disorder, Heart cavity thrombus lesions, Serious mitral valve or aortic lesions, Esophageal lesions.
