16 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females with age from 18 to 50 years old; 2. Chronic HBV infected patients based on diagnostic criteria of 2010 China clinical practice guidelines of chronic hepatitis B; 3. Comply with antiviral indications andno contraindications applying interferon-alpha; 4. To be able to understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The combined HAV, HCV, HDV, or other types of viral hepatitis; liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, metabolic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis; pregnancy or breast-feeding; associated with other serious diseases (such as cancer, severe heart, lung, kidney, digestive diseases, mental illness, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc.); Applied interferon-a before one year without any antiviral treatment.
