18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 70 with ASA physical status I and II who were scheduled to undergo elective neoplasm of larynx operations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients were excluded with difficult airways, hypertension or heart cerebrovascular disease, drugs whicn can influence blood pressure or heart rate intake before operation, oral ulcer history, huge neoplasm of larynx or throat hemangioma.
