Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients admitted to internal intensive care unit of Huadong Hospital, including patients who are under mechanical ventilation, jaundice, after chemotherapy or radiotherapy, intestinal obstructed, bedridden after stroke and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -age less than 18 years old, pregency; -severe gastrointestinal disease: maligant tumor,short bowel disease,hepatic cirrhosis (Child C); -severe immunosuppression: AIDS,neutrophil count less than 500/mm3; -combine with other infection passages such as gastrointestinal fistula, renal fistula, indwelling catheter; -take in probiotics during past 4 weeks; -dying patients.
