Control Group:Do umbilical cord ligation 2 minutes later after infant's shoulder is revealed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Our study consists of two parts: the first part is about the age-appropriate cut-offs for assessment of iron status of breast-fed infants in China, and the second part is focus on the effect of delayed umbilical cord clamping on iron stores of breast-fed infants in China.Inclusion criteria for both parts: Eligible mothers are over or equal to 18 years old, without IDA or with anemia corrected (for those who have gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, heart disease and chronic kidney disease, they are eligibility as long as they have no anemia after controlled by drugs) during pregnancy, with Hb greater than 120g/L and ferritin greater than 12ug/L in prenatal test, having never been a smoker;Eligible infants have normal birth time (37-42 weeks) and weight (2500-4000g);Mothers who have strong will to breast feeding their child are considered. They should stick exclusively to breast-feeding in the first four months and continue breast-feeding in the next two months. During the first half year, no iron supplements except those designed in intervention are provided to the babies.Additional inclusion criteria for the first part:In order to avoid extrusion during the delivery process influencing babys iron nutrition state, all infants venous blood Hb before discharge (within 3 days of birth) should be greater than 145 g/L; Additional inclusion criteria for the second part:Babies are singleton pregnancy and vaginally born with no placental abruption or other situations which can cause babys blood loss. No neonatal asphyxia occurred during the birth process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking mothers and giving up smoking mothers are ineligible. Those who can't stick exclusively to breast-feeding in the first four months and those who use iron supplements without permission are excluded. For the first part, infants who have Hb less than 100g/L are also excluded.
