16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients only with general anesthesia after elective cardiac and non-cardiac surgery; 2) after IV PCA analgesia; 3) Both men and women, aged 16-75 years old; 4) cardiac function I-III class, ASA I-III level; 5) patients agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of angina or congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, coronary revascularization, coronary artery bypass, stroke or transient ischemic attack, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, bleeding disordersother disorders; 2) composite anesthetized patients; 3) patients without postoperative intravenous PCA analgesia; 4) patients unable to cooperate, or can not understand and perform cognitive scores patients.
