Interventions

A:Do standarded mandibular condylar movement exercise for 3 months
Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate into the upper and lower cavity of TMJ one a week
for 5 weeks
B:Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate into the upper and lower cavity of TMJ one a week

Age
16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female in the age of 16-70; 2. Be diagnosed as temporomandibular disorders(internal derangement) by both clinical manifestations and radiographic signs; 3. The volunteers content to participant in the study; 4. The participants could visit regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adopt other treatments for temporomandibular disorders within 4 weeks; 2. participant in other clinical trial with 3 months; 3. With psychological diseases or could not cooperate.
