Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. intracranial aneurysm (aneurysm from anterior circulation of the brain); 2. aged 18~60y; 3. Hunt-Hess scale 0~II; 4. ASA (American society of anesthesiologist) I~II; 5. without severe cognitive deficity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients with difficult tracheal intubation; 2. the patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, COPD (SpO2<97%), anemia ect; 3. neck disease (goiter, neck infection ect.; 4. multiple intracranial aneurysms (especial right internal carotid artery aneurysm); 5. coagulation disorders; 6. GCS<8 or MQ of Wechsler adult memory scale<51; 7. the patients with macrovasculars in skull base are significant stenosisor CT shows severe intracranial hemorrhage.
