intervention group:The main point are Hegu (Li4)and Taichong (liv3) on bilateral hands and feet. The supplementary point Qimen (Liv14), hsin shu(BL15), ganshu(BL18), zusanli(st36), Neiguan (P6), guany
Control group:We will give the volunteer health education (exercise guidance, dietary guidance, psychological guidance).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteers comply with the diagnostic criteria of suboptimal health individuals; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 70; 3. volunteers who sign informed consent certificates voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not complying with the diagnostic criteria of healthy individuals; 2. living with a serious adverse life-style; 3. with any infection in recent four weeks; 4. Male and female aged 70; 5. pregnant and lactating women, or volunteers who are allergic to the investigational product; 6. subjects who are taking part in other drugs clinical trials; 7. not signing informed consent; 8. volunteers whom researchers believe not suitable for the clinical trail with other reasons); 9. with family hereditary diseases.
