Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with ASA 1-2grade; 2. patients aged 18-55 years old; 3. patients with elective surgical procedures and endotracheal intubation of general anesthesia; 4. Paients participating in the test voluntarily and signing informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. body mass index >30kg/m2; 2. patients with expected difficult airway; 3. patients with electrolyte and acid-base disorders especially hyperkalaemia or significant hyperkalae-mia risk; 4. patients with neuromuscular disease or taking drugs influencing nerve muscle function; 5. patients using sedation and analgesia drug before surgery; 6. patients with history of allergic reaction to propofol;patient with mental illness and epile- psy;patients with family history of Malignant hyperthermia; 7. patients with serious diseas in liverkidneycardiovascular and respiratory system.
